Honey Roasted Cashews

Ingredients

3 tablespoons honey
1 cup roasted, unsalted cashews
1 teaspoon tsp salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 FIn a saute pan over low heat, add honey. When honey is warm, add nuts and salt and toss thoroughly. Transfer nuts to a sheet pan and bake for approximately 10 minutes, or until nuts a slightly darker shade of brown and honey has almost hardened. Allow to cool, then serve or store in a tightly sealed container.
