Oatmeal Fudge-Nut Bars with Xocai Healthy Chocolate

Ingredients

1 cup butter ((BROWNIE) )
2 cups brown sugar ((BROWNIE) )
2 whole eggs ((BROWNIE) )
2 tsps vanilla extract ((BROWNIE) )
2 1/2 cups flour ((BROWNIE) )
1 tsp baking soda ((BROWNIE) )
3 cups quick oats ((BROWNIE) )
12 ozs Xocai Nuggets or Xocai XoBiotic Squares, chopped (FUDGE FILLING)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk ( (FUDGE FILLING))
1 cup nuts ( (FUDGE FILLING) chopped
1/2 tsp salt ( (FUDGE FILLING))
2 tsps vanilla extract ( (FUDGE FILLING))

Preparation

Cream together the butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add the oats. Mix until well blended.

In the top of a double boiler melt "Xocai Nuggets," milk and salt. Stir until smooth. Add nuts and vanilla. Spread 2/3 of brownie mixture on a greased 9"x11" pan. Cover with fudge filling an add remaining brownie mixture on top. Bake 25-30 minutes on 350 degrees. Cut after cool for 10 minutes.

Think you may be misleading putting the word healthy in there, even though I assume this refers only to the Xocai element, many will be misled, others will simply use it as a green light to indulge. Brown sugar, flour, oats, salt, condensed milk, baking soda are all pretty bad, Vanilla extract less so but certainly not 'healthy'. There are however a couple of ingredients in there that on their own would be healthy, that is butter and eggs and possibly even the nuts too, though you did not state the variety to be used therefore we cannot assume. So healthy? Definitely not.
