  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/8 cup Orange Vanilla Sugar
  • 1 cup Almond Flour
  • 1/8 cup Brown Rice Flour
  • 1/4 cup Earth Balance (soy butter)
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons orange juice

Instructions

Combine flours and sugars.

Fold in orange juice and melted butter.

Cover dough with plastic wrap and chill overnight.

When you are ready to bake the cookies, preheat oven to 325f.

Scoop out dough by the teaspoon and roll into balls.

Arrange on parchment lined cookie sheets, leaving 2"inches between each ball.

Bake 1 sheet at a time for 10 to 12 minutes, rotating the sheet 1/2 way through the baking period.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a minute.

Using a spatula, transfer the delicate cookie to a wine bottle or rolling pin. Allow to sit until cooled.
