BeginnerIt's a really quick, easy candy that everybody seems to like. I've put it in my Christmas gift baskets. I like to wrap several pieces in the coloured plastic wrap that is available now.

- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 pound white chocolate, broken in pieces
Instructions

Melt 1 pound of white chocolate pieces in the microwave for about 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute.

Stir in 1 cup dried cranberries.

Spread the mixture onto a wax-paper lined cookie sheet.

until set
Refrigerate until set.

Break into pieces.
