  • 2 null fresh red peppers, chopped
  • 5 ml MSG(optional)
  • 2.5 ml black pepper, fresh ground
  • 7.5 ml salt
  • 30 ml sugar
  • 30 ml vinegar
  • 10 ml sesame seed oil
  • 10 ml chili oil
  • 4 null scallions (or green onions), chopped
  • 500 gram fresh Chinese noodles
  • 50 ml oil

Step 1

3 minutes, until cool

Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain. Rinse them in cold water until they are cool, then set aside to drain.

Make the sauce by mixing together all of the other ingredients.

Heat 50 ml oil in a wok. When it is hot, pour in the sauce mixture, and then the noodles. Stir well to cover the noodles with sauce, then remove and cool.
