Slice jelly roll into 5 pieces and place in fruit bowl size dish. Pour 2 tbsp. sherry over this to soak for a few minutes. Dissolve Jello as per packet to 1 pint and pour over jelly roll. Pour can of fruit in and refrigerate until set.

Make up 1 pint of custard mix (Birds) and cool and pour on top of Jello when set. Whipcream and spread roughly over top and grate flakes of chocolate and nuts to decorate.
