Preparation

Boil
8 small potatoes(new ones are better) in their
skin.

Cut
them in quarters and
fry
them in a pan with 3 garlic cloves until garlic is golden
brown.
put all on a
plate

In the same pan put the rest of the garlic and parsley together with shrimps. sautee for 2-3 minutes.

Serve
with a
dressing
made from yogurt, parsley, garlic and extravergin olive oil.
