Steamed Shark Head

Ingredients

2 skinless shark heads (upper jaws, cut just before the eyes, of a guitarfish)
3 tablespoons of corn oil
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon minced ginger
some ciboullet

Preparation

Mix oil, soy sauce, garlic and ginger and abundatly brush the shark heads with the mixture.

Place the heads on a porcelain dish and put them in a bamboo steamer.

Steam the heads for about 15 min.

Place the heads on a clean dish and garnish with red chilli and ciboullet.

Pour some of the hot oil and soy sauce mixture over.
