Xocai Toffee Bark


1 package saltines
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
6 ozs Xocai Sippping Xocolate or Xocai Nuggets, grated
1/4 cup chopped pecans


Spread sleeve of saltine crackers on cookie sheet that is covered with foil until the entire sheet is covered. Bring butter and brown sugar to a rolling boil; let boil for 4 minutes, then pour mixture over saltines. Place in 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle Sipping Xocolate over saltines and let melt, Spread evenly and top with chopped pecans. Let cool in refrigerator for about 20 minutes. Turn out on table; peel foil off and break into pieces and serve. Makes 24 candies
