Retro Deviled Eggs
2 inches hard boiled eggs, pealed and cut half length-wise, yolks removed and reserved
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon green onion finely chopped
1 teaspoon capers
Because these were served for a dinner party as an amuse bouche, we needed on four portions. Just multiply by the number of portions you want to increase the recipe! We used small eggs to make them more bite-size!
