Ingredients

4 slcs Beef filet, ½ lb each
3 lrgs Onions, diced
pound Butter
Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Pound beef slices; salt & pepper & sprinkle both sides with flour. Heat butter in frying pan; add beef & cover with onions. Brown in covered pan.

When brown, add water & steam until tender. Serve with noodles or boiled potatoes.
