Ingredients

400 grams boneless, skinless chicken breast roasted for 10 minutes or until done. When cool, shred the meat by han
200 milliliters coconut milk
1 teaspoon tamarind paste

In a saucepan, combine the shredded chicken with the spice paste and mix well

Cook on medium heat until the coconut milk is evaporated
