Baked Cheese In Pastry

Ingredients

1 small (4 pack) package crescent rolls
1 teaspoon dried dill weed, or to taste
1 egg, beaten, with a few drops of water

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Roll out crescent dough. Pinch seams together. Place cream cheese on dough. Sprinkle with enough dill weed to completely cover the cream cheese.

Turn the cream cheese over so that the dill weed will be on the top. Seal up all the edges and turn right side up. Place in a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Coat the pastry with the egg wash. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown. Serve with crackers.
