  • 2 Pita bread
  • 8-10 Cocktail Sausages
  • 1 pkt Smoked Salmon (75g)
  • 1 bunch fresh Salad Greens(optional)
  • 2 tablespoons Philadelphia Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Truffle oil

Instructions

Step 1

Heat oil and pan fry sausages till brown or you can also grill them in the oven.

Cut Pita into half, open up the pockets, and put them into the microwave to warm.

Spread cheese inside pita.
