Roasted Spaghetti Squash
1 medium spaghetti squash
Preheat the oven to 400F
Cut the squash in and scoop out the flesh.
Rub with olive oil and salt.
Place flesh side on a lined baking tray for 30 minutes.
Take out of the oven and let steam on its own for 15 minutes.
Turn over and let cool until you can handle.
Use a large fork to scrape out the flesh giving you the spaghetti.
