Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 cups diced cooked chicken
1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds
1 cup pineapple tidbits
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
1 5 oz. can water chestnuts, drained
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Preparation

Combine and chill first 5 ingredients. Blend sour cream, ginger, salt and pepper; add to chicken mixture. Toss lightly. Serve with toasted almonds. Serves 6-8.
