AIP Tigernut Granola Recipe
6 oz (165g) tigernuts
1 oz (30 g) coconut flakes
2 oz (60 g) mixed dried fruit
1 Tablespoon (15 ml) honey
Preheat the oven to 350°F / 180°C.
Combine the tigernuts, coconut flakes, dried fruit, and honey together in a bowl. Mix until well coated. Spread out in an even layer on a large roasting tray and place in the oven for 6-7 minutes. Remove the tray from the oven set aside to cool completely.
Store in a sealed container.
