- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoons baking powder
- 11 oz raspberry jam(optional)

Step 1
Prepare a 15 cm x 30 cm baking pan. Grease it with butter and dust with a little all-purpose flour, or line it with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

Put the eggs, sugar, and butter into a blender bowl and beat until creamy.

Transfer the mixture to a large bowl. Gently mix in the all-purpose flour and the jam. Add the baking powder and stir gently.

25 to 30 minutes
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a fork inserted comes out clean. Do not open the oven before 20 minutes of baking.
