Lovely Raspberry Jam Cake

3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups of sugar
4 tablespoons of butter
3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon of baking powder
11 oz. of raspberry jam (or any other kind of jam)

First of all: prepare a pan in which our cake will be baked. Choose one with 15 cm x 30 cm. Grease it with butter and powder also with a little bit of all-purpose flour {one tablespoon is enough}. Or, as I did, line it with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Put the eggs, the sugar and the butter into the blender bowl and beat until all is turned into a cream.
Then, drop that mixture in a large bowl, in which it will be mixtured {gently} to the all-purpose flour and to the jam. So, you can add up the baking powder and, again, stir gently.
Take the mixture and drop it on the pan and bake it for 25 to 30 minutes. Or until you could stick a fork and that came clean. ATENTION: do not open up the oven before 20 minutes of baking, ok?
I decided to add a little twist: cream cheese frosting! It gets even more delicious. You should try it!

A wonderful cake: no milk, no juice, but raspberry jam. Delicious!
