S’mores Parfaits
Ingredients
ounces - Devil's Food Instant Pudding Mix
2 cups - Milk
Mini Marshmallows
Graham Cracker Crumbs
Preparation

Make the pudding according to the box instructions; I let mine chill for a few hours before assembling the parfaits.

In the bottom of a parfait dish spoon about 1 Tbs. graham cracker crumbs then top with some of the pudding, then make a small even layer of the mini marshmallows. Repeat the layer again ending with marshmallows on top. I served mine just like that and they were great, if I would have had one of those small butane cooking torches I would have browned and crisp the top of the marshmallows for an even better campfire look.
