- 22 stout (beer)
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the stout beer into a pan.

Boil the beer down until it is reduced to 1 1/2 cups.

Leave the reduced beer concentrate on the stove on low heat to keep it warm.

In a separate bowl, mix the egg and sugar until well combined.

Mix in the milk.

Chill the entire mixture in the refrigerator.
