Tagliatelle In Green Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
100 grams grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Fresh sweet basil leaves
4 cloves Garlic- peeled
3 tablespoons Pine nuts (lightly toast pine nuts for about 3 mins)
1 teaspoon Salt
100 milliliters Extra virgin olive oil
100 ms Water
Preparation

Place Pesto Sauce ingredients in a blend and process till smooth. Remove to a bowl, stir in parmesan cheese, set aside. (if pesto sauce is too thick, add a little more water into it)

Cook tagliatelle in a large pot of boiling salted water for 15-20 mins.

Drain the tagliatelle and toss with the pesto sauce, ground black pepper.

Garnish with some cherry tomatoes and chopped red chillies if you prefer.
