Easy Pork Belly Ramen

BeginnerThis is a quick and easy tonkotsu ramen featuring pork belly is inspired by the famous Momofuku recipe which takes 2 days to prepare (see the full recipe here). Look for already cooked pork belly in Asian markets, independent butcher or barbecue shops. Alternatively, you can simply use leftover pork loin or tenderloin.

- sesame seeds(optional)
- Japanese pickles(optional)
- 4 green onions, finely sliced
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 1 package tonkotsu (pork) ramen
- 1/2 pound pre-cooked pork belly, sliced
Instructions

Step 1
Prepare ramen and broth according to package instructions.

Divide noodles and broth amongst two ramen bowls.

Cut hard boiled eggs in half lengthwise and place two halves in each bowl.

Garnish with sesame seeds, Japanese pickles, green onions, and pork belly.
