- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cane sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 bag Ghirardelli white chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, butter, vanilla extract, cane sugar, and brown sugar. Mix until creamy.

Add the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture and mix until just combined.

Finally, add the white chocolate chips and chopped walnuts, then fold them into the dough.

Roll small spoonfuls of the cookie dough into balls and place them a few inches apart on a lightly oiled cookie sheet.
