Raspberry Peach Crisp

Ingredients

4 cups sliced fresh peaches OR frozen unsweetened peach slices
2 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons flour
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large bowl combine peaches, sugar, tapioca and raspberry preserves. Place fruit mixture in a 2 qt square baking dish.

For topping~In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon mix in butter and make crumbly. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until bubbly and cool on a wire rack for 45 minutes serve warm with ice cream or whip cream
