Bake cupcakes.

After baking, place one marshmallow on top of each cupcake.

Return the cupcakes to the oven or turbo broiler.

After 1 minute, use the back of a spoon to mash down the marshmallows, helping them to spread evenly.

2 minutes
Return the cupcakes to the oven or turbo broiler for another 2 minutes.
