Craby Celery Sticks With Bacon Bits
Tickle your taste buds with these charming Celery Sticks topped with Bacon Bits! Also known as imitation Crab Sticks, the seafood is so economical & versatile. If you were to notice, I use a lot of these crabmeat in my recipes cause it’s so easy to prepare. They’re called “imitation” as it’s processed seafood made of Surimi or Alaska Pollock. In fact, these crab sticks usually do not contain any crab. LOL! Making these Craby Celery Sticks are as easy as ABC & you can give these to your kids as healthy snacks!

- 6 sticks Celery
- 5 sticks Crab sticks
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Wasabi(optional)
- Bacon Bits
- 1 pinch Ground black pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Remove plastic wraps from crab sticks, blanch them in boiling water, then drain and chop them up.
Step 2
Remove 'veins' from celery using a vegetable peeler. Cut into 4-inch or 5-inch lengths.
Step 3
Combine mayonnaise, wasabi, chopped crabmeat, and pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
Step 4
Scoop the mixture onto the celery openings and top with bacon bits. Place them in an airtight container, cover, and chill until ready to serve. Optionally, add a drop of wasabi and mayonnaise for guests with heavier taste preferences.
