Angus Barn Chocolate Chess Pie

Ingredients

1 unbaked pie crust
1 stick butter
2 squares semi-sweet baking chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash salt
whipped cream, for topping

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Blend together sugar, eggs, vanilla and salt; set aside.

Melt butter and chocolate; blend into sugar mixture.

Pour into pie crust and bake 35 minutes.
