Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Mustard Dressing
Giangi Townsend
2-3 servings
BeginnerHappy Valentine’s Day Everyone!!
As we always celebrate Valentine’s Day with a dinner with our son the night before the actual celebratory night, last night I decided to add a drink to the mix. Having fresh mangoes I had fun creating my version of a Mango Martini. Pretty smooth and tasty.
As I was creating something new for us, I also wanted to prepare a recipe that has been in my file folder for over 22 years and that I do not remember the last time I actually made it: Spinach salad with warm bacon and mustard dressing.
Dinner was quite simple and we had a great pre Valentine’s Day celebration.
