About

Growing up in a small town in Texas, fish wasn't a common meal unless it was fried catfish. It wasn't until college where I had my first piece of sushi or raw piece of fish. It's not something I sit at home and just crave. Almost six months ago I had my first ahi tuna salad and I can say that I was in love at first bite. Now I can't seem to get enough of this salad. Well, I went to the store today thinking I am going to try and make my own ahi tuna salad. If you like tuna and salads then you won't be disappointed and you have my word. ENJOY!
