Herbamare is found in health food stores. It is sea salt that has been seeped for one year with 12 organic herbs and then ground down. It gives food a nice lift without any overpowering seasoning. Better than salt as it has less sodium. Can be used with eggs, sauces, entrees, soups, and anything you would use salt in.

My newest recipe uses vegetables that are still in season, fresh herbs, and a combination of fish that makes it very delicious and fresh tasting. It is not difficult to prepare and the colors are beautiful. Go to www.chefgloriab.com to try this great recipe.
