Red Bean Curry

Ingredients

250 grams Red Bean (Soaked in water for 4 hours)
Ginger crushed 2 inch long piece
Garlic crushed 1 medium pod
Oil 1 cup
Coriander fresh a few for garnish
Spices: Curry Powder 3-4 tablespoon

Preparation

Fry onion in oil till golden brown.

Now add tomatoes, garlic, ginger , curry powder , soaked red beans and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Now add 2 glass of water and cook on medium flame till beans are tender.

Sprinkle coriander leaves and simmer. Red bean curry is ready Serve with Roti/ Naan/Boiled Rice
