Paneer Bhurgi
Ingredients
1/2 cup smashed
paneer
1
tomato,
chopped finely
1
onion,
chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon
cinnamon
1
green chili
refined
oil,
according to taste
salt
and
red chili powder,
to taste
1/2 teaspoon
turmeric
a few crushed
cashews
and
almonds
a few
green
corriander leaves
Preparation
1
Brown
the onion in a
frying
pan with the cinnamon.

Add tomatoes,
crushed
cashews and almonds, green chili, turmeric, red chili and
salt
and cook for a few minutes longer.
Stir
in
mixed
smashed paneer.
3
Garnish
with coriander leaves before
serving.
