  • 1/3 cup Lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup Red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Dry mustard
  • 3/4 cup Light soy sauce
  • 2 cloves Diced garlic
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups Olive oil
  • 8 pounds Boned and butterflied lamb leg

Mix all marinade ingredients together. Marinate the butterflied lamb leg overnight, basting as needed. Cook the lamb over a hot grill, basting as needed. The lamb is best served medium to rare.
