Hot Chocolate With Candy-Cane Marshmallows

Ingredients

1 cup good quality cocoa powder (Ghirardelli or Valrhona)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon or 1 tablespoon instant coffee/espresso (whichever you prefer)
Agave to taste

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and incorporate evenly.

Fill your mug with 1/2 cup of the mixture and pour in hot water or hot milk. Stir to combine.

Sweeten with agave to taste.
