Avocado Cucumber Ginger Salad Recipe [Paleo, Keto, AIP]

Ingredients

1/2 cucumber, peeled and diced small
1/2 avocado, diced small
1 Tablespoon freshly grated ginger
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 Tablespoon sesame oil or olive oil [Use olive oil for AIP]
Salt to taste
1 Tablespoon goji berries [Omit for AIP]

Preparation

Mix together the diced cucumber, avocado, and grated ginger.
