- 4.5 cup fresh raspberries

Place all ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. When the mixture boils, raise heat to high and cook, stirring constantly, for about 20 minutes. As the mixture begins to thicken, watch carefully to prevent sticking.

Step 2
Once the mixture has reached a jam-like consistency, immediately remove from heat. Pour into hot sterilized jars and vacuum seal (using the hot water bath method). Alternatively, the jam can be refrigerated for up to 6 weeks.
