Winter Squash Squares
Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla and butter; add milk, stir until smooth. Put aside. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in eggs, squash and oil; mix well. Spread into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until bars test done. Cool on wire rack. Frost with cream cheese mixture.
