Galoshes Goulash

Ingredients

1 pound pasta (egg noodles, elbows, twists)
5 tomatoes, chopped (depending on how thick you want)
5 loves of garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

In Dutch oven, heat olive oil and saute onions and garlic until translucent and fragrant over medium-high

Add ground bison and brown

Add strained tomato and chopped tomatoes, lower heat to medium-low

Meanwhile, cook pasta

Add water accordingly until consistency is as desired

Add pasta into the stew and simmer for 10 minutes

Season with salt and pepper

Serve with dumplings or thick, hearty bread
