- 1 cauliflower, roughly chopped
- 1 cup mature cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 tablespoons coriander, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 4 tablespoons olive oil

Step 1
In a blender, process the cauliflower, garlic, and coriander to obtain a crumbly mixture.

Add the smoked paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, cheese, and 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and puree again until the mixture is no longer crumbly.

Form round patties and coat them in the remaining breadcrumbs.

2 minutes per side
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the patties on a medium heat for 2 minutes on each side.

Avoid overcrowding the pan and work in batches if necessary.
