Spanish Rice With Chorizos

Saute chorizos in olive oil or own lard if canned. Add rice, saute. Add 4 cups water, add 2 envelopes of Sazon Goya, tomato sauce and other seasonings: garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil then lower heat. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Garnish with red pimiento and avocado slices. Serve with chicken or beans.
