Vegetable Coleslaw

Ingredients

1 cup Shredded broccoli stalks
1 cup Shredded white cabbage
1 cup Shredded red cabbage
1 cup Shredded carrot
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoons Sweet relish
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Dill
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Celery seed
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 cup Fat free or low fat mayonnaise

Preparation

In a large bowl, combine all vegetables and toss.

In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients. Toss with vegetables in the large bowl.
