- 40-60 small paper cups small paper cups
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 bags 12 oz bitter sweet chocolate
- 1 jar 18 oz peanut butter
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the peanut butter and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl until the peanut butter is pliable but not sticky.

Form the peanut butter mixture into small disks, ensuring they fit into the paper cups with a little room on each side.
Step 3
Place the paper cups on a tray and then place the peanut butter disks into each cup.
Step 4
Place the chocolate in a glass microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on 10-20% power for 30 seconds at a time, stirring between each interval, until the chocolate melts when stirred (not in the microwave) to prevent burning.
Step 5
Stir the kosher salt into the melted chocolate.
Step 6
Carefully pour the melted chocolate into each cup, completely covering the peanut butter disks. If the chocolate begins to harden, microwave it for another 30 seconds.
Step 7
Place the filled cups in the refrigerator for 1 hour to cool and harden completely.
