Ingredients
3 pounds
blueberries
1 1/2 pounds
sugar
1
Juice of
lemon
of
salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a large, deep heavy pot.

Place over high
heat
and
stir
to
dissolve
the sugar and
mash
up the berries.

Continue cooking and
stirring
very frequently over high
heat
until thick, about 18-25 minutes. .

Spoon
it into clean jars. Let it
cool,
and
refrigerate.
Will keep up to 1 month.
