Beat the egg and yolks well, ad the sugar and 50g of icing sugar , stir well then slowly ad the melted butter, flour and lemon rind. Continue to stir and mix well.

Grease/flour a cake tin 25cm approx (or use oven proof paper) , pour in the mixture ad the nuts to the surface and cook in a 180c oven for approx 45mins. Dust with the icing suger before serving.
