Basic Smoothie

Ingredients

2 Ripe bananas (frozen, if desired)
1 cup Fruit juice (apple or orange)
2 Oranges or apples (peeled, seeded and chopped), or similar amount of peaches, strawberries, etc.

Preparation

Blend well, then fill rest of blender with ice. Puree!
