Chambord Brownies

Ingredients

LAYER 1
1 cup sugar
4 larges eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
LAYER 2
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons Chambord liqueur
LAYER 3
2 cups Hershey’s semisweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup butter

Preparation

Mix together all LAYER 1 ingredients and place in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix together all LAYER 2 ingredients until smooth, and spread over cooled cake.

Melt LAYER 3 chocolate chips and butter together in a bowl in the microwave. Stir well and drizzle to cover entire cake.

Allow LAYER 3 to harden (you can refrigerate to speed the process, if you’d like), then cut and ENJOY!
