Eye - Of - Round Roast

Ingredients

3 pounds eye-of-round roast of beef
5 to 8 cloves
1 med. onion
1 (10 oz.) can beef bouillon

Preparation

Stud roast with cloves. Slice onion over top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle beef bouillon over roast. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Roast at 225 degrees for 3 hours. Marvelous hot.
