Avocado and Orange Salad With Orange-Ginger Dressing

For an added kick you can sprinkle over some dried chilli flakes or add a squirt of Sriracha to the dressing. Ripe mangoes also make a good addition for a touch of colour and higher nutritional value as well. The salad can also be eaten fresh without being refrigerated.

  • 0 Juice of half a <a href="/Y5K7YSXM">lemon</a>
  • 0.5 teaspoon fresh <a href="/N2GLM3FQ">ginger </a>paste
  • 1 teaspoon <a href="/RQFVLY33">agave syrup</a>
  • 3 tablespoon <a href="/NLPYVN22">olive oil</a>
  • 0 <a href="/7WDLGSY7">salt </a>and <a href="/SWV3CGDQ">pepper </a>to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Arrange the avocado and orange <a href="/3JDX2Q84">slices </a>overlapping each other on a platter. <a href="/KVDHNZ86">Squeeze </a>over the <a href="/QDWRNXYW">juice </a>from the orange left after segmenting the pieces.
