Avocado and Orange Salad With Orange-Ginger Dressing
For an added kick you can sprinkle over some dried chilli flakes or add a squirt of Sriracha to the dressing. Ripe mangoes also make a good addition for a touch of colour and higher nutritional value as well. The salad can also be eaten fresh without being refrigerated.
