Espresso coffee (instant or fresh)
Frozen treat molds
n a measuring cup mix coffee and Baileys. I used a 1:1 ratio.
Pour mixture into molds.
Freeze until set.
Melt chocolate and place in piping bag.
Remove treats from mold and place on cooling rack.
Drizzle with chocolate.
Place rack back in freezer just until hardened.
Remove from freezer and turn treats over.
Drizzle chocolate on the other side.
Return rack to freezer to harden.
If you are not eating them at this point, place them in a single layer on wax paper in a container.
Seal with a lid and return to freezer until ready to eat.
