1 pound Thin spaghetti
2 tablespoons Roasted sesame oil
1 cup Snow peas
2 Cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and cut into strips 1/4 inch x 1-1/2 inches
3/4 cup Thinly sliced green onions
3 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
1 teaspoon Hot chili oil
Cook the spaghetti according to the package directions and drain. Combine 1 tablespoon of the sesame oil with 2 tablespoons of the soy sauce. Toss warm spaghetti with this mixture and set aside.
Combine the snow peas, cucumber strips, green onions, and parsley.
